Frymaster Fryer is a manual Fryer - mobile with lockable wheels. Supplied with Gas Hose and Regulator (Bayonet fittings can be supplied as an alternative, please specify).

CAPACITY:

  • Single Tank – Two Basket
  • Tank Oil Capacity – 20 Litres
  • Capable of frying up to 30kg Frozen Chips per Hour

GAS:

  • Minimum size 27kg Gas Bottle

   Or

  • Direct Gas Supply - Uses Approximately 1 – 1.5kg gas per hour

Note: Fryer must be used outside if used with a remote gas supply. The hirer must be a competent and experienced user, must comply with local regulations and take full responsibility of its use. Fire blanket optional (please specify).
