The National Fieldays at Mystery Creek in June and the Regional Field Days in February and March are a core part of the X-Site team's deliverables annually.
We work closely with repeat clients to deliver the setup, fit-out, and design of their marquees to showcase their products/services.

In some cases, we store their equipment and structure for them at our Hamilton or Christchurch branches and deliver it across the country in advance of each event to save them the trouble of having to figure out the logistics and transportation. Our work on Fieldays and Field days is a true partnership with our clients and the collaboration for each begins the year prior to ensure that all the boxes are ticked and goals are achieved!
We start building out at Mystery Creek in late April and we normally complete our time out there by late June (or occasionally early July). We move our office, our smoko room, our changing rooms and our workshop out there, our staff report to work there every day in rain, hail, shine (or Hamilton fog) and this becomes home for around 10 weeks.
With branches in both Hamilton in the North Island and Christchurch in the South Island we have your Field Days needs covered.

Marquees can be erected almost anywhere although a flat, level, grassy site with good vehicle access is ideal. If placed on hard surface, concrete weights will be required.
