Description

The 4 module Bain Marie on trolley is supplied standard with glass in the front and at each end. The Tungsten Heat Lamps above also act as a heat source and a display feature to help accentuate the colours of the food. The unit can be used as a wet or dry Bain Marie - we recommend to use a small amount of water to reduce the possibility of drying out the food.
