The Rectangular Chafing Dish is the most commonly used in the industry. The versatility of gastronome pans allows the user to select various size dishes to suit the menu.

  • Variable subject to Gastronome Steam Layout selected (Refer to layout plan in images)
  • Max 1/1 or a combination, 100mm deep

FUEL:

  • Recommended to be used with 2 x canister of Solid Fuel
